Cookie policy
This site sets no cookies at all, which is why you were never shown a consent banner. Here is exactly what it does store and request.

No cookies
Wagering Terms sets no cookies: none for analytics, none for advertising, none for personalisation and none that are strictly necessary either. The site is a set of static pages with no accounts and no sessions, so there is nothing for a cookie to remember. Consent is not requested because, under the UK and EU rules that govern cookies and similar technologies, there is nothing here to consent to.
What is stored on your device
One thing, and only if you use it. Choosing light or dark mode writes a single value — the word light or dark — to your browser's local storage, so the site does not flash the wrong theme the next time you open it.
- What it is: local storage, not a cookie. It is never attached to a network request, so it never reaches this site's server or anyone else's.
- What it identifies: nothing. There is no identifier, no visit count and no history in it.
- How long it lasts: until you clear your browser's site data for this domain.
- How to remove it: clear site data in your browser settings, or browse in a private window, where it is discarded on close.
Refusing it costs you nothing but the remembered theme. Every page works identically without it.
Third-party requests
Your browser makes one third-party request when it loads a page here: font files from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). No cookie is set for it, but the request itself discloses your IP address and user agent to Google, as any request to any server does. This is covered in the privacy policy.
There is no advertising network, no analytics script, no tag manager, no social media embed, no video player and no comment widget on this site — the usual sources of third-party cookies are simply absent.
Links out
Links to regulators, safer gambling organisations and other sites are ordinary links. Once you follow one, that site's own cookie rules apply and this policy no longer covers you. Gambling operators in particular set extensive advertising and tracking cookies, so read their notices on their own terms.
Do Not Track and global privacy signals
Nothing on this site tracks you across sites, so browser signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control have nothing to switch off. They are honoured by default, as a consequence of the design rather than a setting.
If this changes
If analytics, advertising or any other technology that stores or reads data on your device is ever added, this page will be updated first, the categories will be listed here, and — where the law requires consent, including for advertising and analytics in the UK and EEA — you will be asked before anything non-essential is set. Questions in the meantime go to hey@organicgrowth.company.
